The short version
Started as a guest list, grew into a concierge.
PartyKazu BCN started in 2021 with a simple idea: getting on the guest list at Barcelona's top clubs shouldn't require knowing the right promoter. Kazu — local, multilingual, well-connected on the BCN door scene — opened a WhatsApp line and started getting friends-of-friends into Opium, Sutton, Shôko and Ku Barcelona without the standard tourist queue and €25 cover.
Word spread. Erasmus students. Bachelor groups from London. Couples on a long weekend. Within a year the team was handling 200+ groups a season — and the offer kept widening: VIP tables, boat parties, sunset cruises, party bus circuits, rooftop sessions, and end-to-end concierge for groups that wanted one person planning the whole night instead of five separate vendors.
We still operate the same way: WhatsApp first, written email confirmation after, multilingual host on the door. The site is a shop window — the work happens in the conversation.
We're not a promoter for one club. We work with 14 venues, we recommend based on the night (what's actually good on a Wednesday vs a Saturday) and your group profile (size, age, music taste, budget). If your night isn't a fit for us, we'll say so — sending the wrong group to the wrong club hurts our door relationship more than it helps any single booking.
We pay the bills the same way any promoter does: clubs pay us per head on the guest list, and we take a margin on paid activities (boat parties, VIP tables, concierge) that's quoted upfront with no hidden fees. The free guest list is free for you, full stop.
Every paid activity has a written email confirmation with the venue, date, time, package and price before any payment is requested. Stripe for online bookings, Spanish bank transfer for table deposits. No deposit, no service.

How we work
What you can expect.
Written email confirmation
Every paid booking — VIP table, boat party, bachelor package — gets a written email with venue, date, time, package, price, host name and arrival instructions before we ask for any payment. No surprises, no "we'll sort it on the night" drama.
Multilingual host on the door
When you arrive at the club, the host who confirmed your booking is on the door or inside within 10 minutes. English first, Spanish, French, Italian also covered. They stay reachable on WhatsApp through the night.
Payments through standard rails
Online bookings via Stripe (cards + Apple Pay + Google Pay). VIP table deposits via Spanish bank transfer or Stripe payment link. Both come with a Stripe receipt. We never ask for cash deposits or Venmo/Revolut transfers to personal accounts.
Refund + reschedule policy
VIP table deposits are refundable up to 72h before the booking, minus any third-party fees the club has already charged us. Boat parties cancel 48h before. We always offer reschedule first — if you got rained out or your group shrunk, talk to us.
