What concierge actually means

One person orchestrating the entire night.

Most premium Barcelona nights involve five or six separate transactions — a restaurant reservation made through OpenTable, a cocktail-bar booking through a different app, a VIP table negotiated with one club promoter, a photographer found via Instagram DMs, a Cabify for the group transport, and a hotel front desk that doesn't know any of this is happening. On the night, the group lead becomes the orchestrator — fielding the bouncer about a sash policy, calling the restaurant when the dinner runs long, sorting transport when one couple wants to leave early, and missing most of the night managing logistics that should be handled by someone else.

The Concierge service collapses all of that into one relationship. We brief the group once, propose the curated venue line-up, lock the bookings with deposits, brief the restaurant and club hosts in advance, send a dedicated host to the group at 21:00, and stay through the night until the last person is in a taxi heading home. The group lead becomes part of the group again. Every moving part — dietary requirements, dress code communication, photographer briefing, transport timing, hotel front-desk coordination, the cake delivery to the club table — is handled by someone whose only job is to make this night work.

Three pricing tiers cover the bulk of bookings. Group Concierge (from €2,000 per group) handles bachelor and hen parties with bigger budgets, milestone birthdays for groups of ten to twenty, and high-end friends trips. Corporate (from €5,000 per event) handles incentive trips, sales-team retreats, product launch nights and multi-night company programs of twenty to eighty people with proper Spanish tax-format invoicing. Closed VIP (custom) handles celebrity bookings, talent visits, ultra-high-net-worth groups and private parties with NDA-backed venue arrangements, private security and full photo-policy control. Bookings start with a WhatsApp brief — we reply with a curated shortlist within two hours, send a full proposal within twenty-four, and lock the night once the deposit clears.

What's the difference between Concierge and just booking a VIP table?
Booking a VIP table is a single transaction at a single venue. Concierge is end-to-end planning across the full night — restaurant before, pre-game venue, the club itself, transport between, photographer, host through the night, hotel coordination and recovery the day after. Most groups book a VIP table and figure out the rest themselves on the day; concierge clients hand the whole evening to us and arrive to find it already organized.
How much does Concierge cost in Barcelona?
Group Concierge starts at €2,000 for a group of 6–10 (roughly €200–€350 per person all-in). Corporate events from €5,000 (groups of 20–80, multi-night programs available). Closed VIP and private parties are custom-priced based on venue requirements, security, transport and discretion level — typical range €10,000–€50,000+ for a single night. Final pricing depends on bottle selection, restaurant tier and transport choices.
How far in advance should I book?
Two weeks minimum for Group Concierge. Four weeks for Corporate events with multi-night programs. Six to eight weeks for premium dates (NYE, La Mercè, Primavera Sound, Sonar weekends) — premium tables and restaurant private rooms sell out fast at peak. Closed VIP / celebrity events typically need three to six weeks depending on venue and security requirements.
Which clubs do you work with?
All 13 of Barcelona's premium nightclubs are partners: Ku Barcelona (ex-Pacha), Opium, Sutton, Shôko, Otto Zutz, Bling Bling, Twenties, Jamboree, La Biblio, Downtown, Costa Breve, City Hall and Bastian Beach Club. We pick the right venue per group, not the venue with the biggest commission. The brief drives the choice — group age, music taste, budget, vibe.
Do you handle dietary requirements?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher and major allergies are all handled at the restaurant booking stage. We forward the group's requirements to the restaurant 24–48 hours ahead so the kitchen has time to adapt the menu. Some restaurants have stronger options for specific diets — we steer the venue choice if the group has heavy dietary constraints.
Can you organize transport from the airport or hotel?
Yes. For Group Concierge: Cabify XL or a single van depending on group size. For Corporate: chartered minibus (15 seats) or coach (50+ seats) for the whole program. For Closed VIP: luxury car fleet (Mercedes V-Class, Sprinter) with discreet drivers. Airport-to-hotel arrival pickup is a common add-on, especially for corporate arrivals.
What's included in Corporate vs Group Concierge?
Group Concierge is a single-night experience for one group. Corporate adds multi-night programming (welcome dinner one night, main party another, closing brunch the next day), branded touchpoints (signage at venues, swag delivery to hotel rooms, photo wall with company logo), Spanish tax-format invoicing for accounting, and dedicated event coordination across the program. Corporate budgets typically run 3–5× a single-night Group Concierge.
Can you arrange a venue takeover or private buyout?
Yes — for groups of 60+ or for closed VIP events. Buyout costs start around €15,000 for a smaller venue and scale to €50,000+ for the largest beachfront clubs on a peak weekend. We negotiate the buyout terms with the venue, manage the guest list with the client and run the night end-to-end. NDA available for closed VIP scenarios.
How does payment work?
Group Concierge: 30% deposit on booking, 70% on the day of the event. Corporate: 50% deposit on booking, 50% net-30 after the event (invoice issued in Spanish tax format with VAT breakdown). Closed VIP: custom payment terms agreed in the contract — typically 50% on signing, 50% the week before. We accept bank transfer, Stripe (cards) and Bizum for Spanish residents.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Group Concierge: 50% refundable up to 14 days before, non-refundable inside 14 days. Restaurant deposits follow each venue's policy (typically non-refundable inside 7 days). Corporate: bespoke cancellation terms in the contract, usually 50% refundable to 30 days, 25% to 14 days, non-refundable inside 14 days. Force majeure (illness, travel restrictions, weather emergencies) handled case-by-case in good faith.
